LIANNE’S ROLE
Lianne was a full-time consultant at Vancouver public relations firm Peak Communicators from five years. During this time, she oversaw a significant annual fee income for corporate, consumer and public sector clients, including in education, government, energy, tourism and finance.
Lianne led teams in the development and management of campaign concepts, strategy, messaging and tactics, in partnership with senior management client-side and cross-agency. She also played a significant role in new business development, regularly leading RFP bids, developing new business proposals, and seeking out other new business opportunities.
In addition to mentoring and coaching team members, she also provided strategic constancy to Peak management on business planning, marketing and public relations industry trends.
LIANNE’S WORK
Key projects Lianne undertook included developing and pitching a successful RFP bid to launch the strategic vision of a leading Canadian university, managing a public consultation process on behalf of an crown corporation in B.C.’s Columbia Basin (also secured through RFP), publicizing a key partnership on behalf of a B.C. credit union and a global university, and managing crises on behalf of a Lower Mainland school district.
